LESSON I LEARNT FROM HAPPY COUPLE OF HIMACHAL

When loving another person becomes about honouring their soul instead of their body

when it becomes about taking ownership for your feelings instead of projecting the moment you're triggered

when it becomes about healing your own wounds instead of using a person as a patch

when love becomes an invitation to reveal all of yourself, shadow and all

when it becomes about how you can serve rather than what you can get

and how you can make the world a better place together rather than using the relationship as a place to hide

when it becomes about your community that you impact through your union

when the relationship is about purpose, rather than comfort

when the tendency to speak with harshness becomes a nudge into softness

and walls that once served as protection now remain unguarded as you move towards love

this is what it means to love consciously
