It is situated at an altitude of 2044 meters. This tiny pristine destination derives its name from the words, Nag and Dehra which when combined literally translates to ‘The Abode of the King of Snakes’. Naldehra was discovered by the erstwhile British Viceroy Lord Curzan. He was so impressed and mesmerized by the charm of the place that he decided to build a massive golf course here. Kasauli is a cantonment and town, located in Solan district in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. The cantonment was established by the British Raj in 1842 as a Colonial hill station, 77 km from Shimla, 65 km from Chandigarh, and 94 km from Ambala Cantt (Haryana), an important railway junction of North India. Nestled amidst beautiful woody forests of pines (Chir Pine), herbs (Milk Thistle) and cedar trees, Kasauli owes its mystical and serene ambience to the lavish Victorian buildings built by the Britishers who resided here years back. Palampur – Mindblowing Valley

Palampur is a hill station and a municipal council in the Kangra Valley in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. It is surrounded by pine forests and flanked by the Dhauladhar ranges. Palampur has many interesting trekking trails out of which few are used by Gaddis – nomadic shepherds of the area. The town derives its name from the local word palum, meaning “much water”. There are numerous streams flowing from the mountains to the plains from Palampur. The combination of greenery and water gives Palampur a distinctive look. The pleasant climate of Palampur makes it a year-round destination. However, the best time to visit is between March to June to beat the summer sun, and September to November after the monsoons, as well as right before the winter chills.

Manali is a resort town nestled in the mountains of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh near the northern end of the Kullu Valley in the Beas River Valley. It is located in the Kullu district, about 270 km (168 mi) north of the state capital, Shimla.
